Job Responsibilities:

Organize and upload product information

Process orders and handle pre-sales/after-sales inquiries

Respond promptly to customer emails and online queries

Maintain customer relationships to improve repurchase rates

Qualifications:

Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software

Strong learning ability with excellent communication and collaboration skills

Diligent, detail-oriented, and highly responsible
